Our tractor-trailer drivers are carefully selected and complete extensive courses in safe driving practices and proper moving procedures. Our movers remain in constant contact with our headquarters to keep you informed of your moving progress at any point. We are precise about timing our deliveries and we offer several long distance moving options.

Long-distance relocation often requires storage to safe-keep belongings for periods of time. FlatRate's storage facilities offer safe and fully protected space for such storage needs.

OVERSEAS:
FlatRate skillfully moves to any world destination. Shipping by sea or by air, we provide full service tailored to your needs and budget, from door-to-door, or port-to-port. We handle the necessary steps from origin to final destination, including documentation and custom-clearance. Our management of such moves, as with all of our work, provides you with consistent and reliable counsel and security.

INSURANCE
FlatRate maintains five million dollars worth of General Liability insurance, as well as required Worker's Compensation insurance coverage. Nearly every commercial office building in Washington DC requires insurance certificates prior to any work performed on the premises. The amount of insurance a company carries is an important factor when choosing a mover; should your current or future building require more than the mover is covered for, the management will not allow the movers to work in the building. We maintain a substantial amount of insurance for our client's peace of mind.
