| FlatRate moving provides storage to accomodate every sort of residential and commercial requirement. We operate our own facilities, which are climate controlled, with modern sprinkler systems, freight elevators, and loading-dock access for any size truck. Our facilities are safe and completely insured. FlatRate provides short-term and long-term storage or storage to consolidate your goods for long-distance shipment. |

| Inventory |

A detailed inventory of your items will be made prior to departing for the
storage facility, and numbers will be assigned to each article. The final
itemized list will be given to you.

| Payment |

Upon entrance into the storage facility, the first month's rent and a 1-month
deposit is required. Rental fees are due monthly, with payments made by check
or credit card.

| Packing supplies |

To prepare for storage, you should determine the packing accessories needed:
bubble wrap, tape, drop cloths, mattress/furniture covers, locks, assorted-size
boxes from book to wardrobe-size and labeled boxes, etc. That way, you can take
home a list of labeled boxes for easy reference when you need to locate your
goods. We have various sizes of boxes as well as tape, packing paper, and drop
cloths available for purchase. Delivery of materials is always free within
Manhattan.

Whenever you require access to any of your stored items, simply call FlatRate
Moving and we will schedule prompt door-to-door delivery of the items. You are
also welcome to retrieve your items directly at any time.
