Procedure:
INVENTORY
A detailed inventory of your items will be made prior to departing for the storage facility, and numbers will be assigned to each article. The final itemized list will be given to you.
PAYMENT
Upon entrance into the storage facility building, the first month's rent and a 1-month deposit is required. Rental fees are due monthly, with payments made by check or credit card.

PACKING SUPPLIES
To prepare for storage, you should determine the packing accessories needed: bubble wrap, tape, drop cloths, mattress/furniture covers, locks, assorted-size boxes from book to wardrobe-size and labeled boxes, etc. That way, you can take home a list of labeled boxes for easy reference when you need to locate your goods. We have various sizes of boxes as well as tape, packing paper, and drop cloths available for self purchase. Delivery is $25 Dollars within Manhattan and $35 dollars in the other boroughs.
DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE
Whenever you require access to any of your stored items, simply call FlatRate Moving business and we will schedule prompt door-to-door delivery of the items. You are also welcome to retrieve your items directly at any time.
