Q: Can you give me a ballpark estimate?
A: We can give you something even better: a price that accurately reflects the scope of the job. It’s called an all-inclusive price and we stick to it. If other movers offer you an all-inclusive price, make sure they mean it.

Q: Is there a way to make my move cheaper?
A: Yes. We’re busiest on the first and last days of the month. If you have flexibility, we can find you a day mid-month that will substantially reduce your price.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes. We have a certificate of liability for up to $10MM. This covers every building in NYC.

Q: Can I change dates or cancel?
A: You can change the date of your move (subject to availability) or cancel it up to 48 hours in advance.

Q: What if my inventory changes last minute? Will my price change?
A: Not a problem. It happens all the time. We’ll adjust your all-inclusive price up or down based on the change in inventory.

Q: Should I tip the movers?
A: That’s up to you. Suggested gratuity is 15%–20% for the whole crew (not each mover). The foreman will distribute it.
