Wow...this is my first time using flatrate movers, my friends all gave me warnings, but the level of service you delivered was outstanding. The moving crew was professional and extremely hardworking. 7/2/2011 - Thank you - thank you - thank you!! Gregory and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! They got to my place at 3pm and hustled to get the job done! Met me at my new place in Long Beach minutes behind me and with the huge truck!! Never once did I hear anything from the guys except repect and politness! Even helping me set up my bedroom and front room! It was a Sunday and they definately made me a believer in you really can get a great deal and great people to help you move!
I hope you pay these guys good because they deserve it and I will DEFINATELY be calling Flatrate for my next move AND I want Gregory and his same team again!! 7/31/2011 - Israel, Alejandro and Julio were amazing! Israel was in and out of our apartment the most, so he was the main guy explaining the process to us and assuring us everything would be ok. (This was our first time using professional furniture movers, so we had no idea what to expect!)
Israel is a great person to have on staff. He worked his butt off but also had a warm, calming personality. I'm telling you--I was so nervous until I talked to Israel. He is a walking advertisement for FlatRate. If you ever make a commercial, put him in it.
I chose FlatRate because my friend Avi recently hired them in New York and recommended them to me. I will do the same; I will recommend FlatRate to everyone that I hear is moving. Thank you, FlatRate!

6/28/2011 - I had a horrible previous experience with another company in USA and was very afraid to use any other moving company thinking they would all be the same. Flat Rate proved me wrong. There weren't any scratches on any of my pieces of furniture when i checked at the final destination and nothing got lost. I was so impressed with the service and the kind of attention i received from the beginning through the whole process.

6/26/2011 - The pre-moving meeting with Pavel was quick and easy. He helped guide us to move day. The moving team lead by Jose was amazing. We moved from Los Angeles to the Bay Area and the move teams both ways were quick, courteous, careful and really knew their stuff. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat!
