STATE-OF-THE-ART MOVING & STORAGE FACILITIES

FlatRate Moving maintain three of the most advanced moving and storage facilities. Each are uniquely designed and built according to the facility operational requirements to achieve optimum performance.

FLATRATE HEADQUARTERS & OPERATIONAL CENTER
Located just a couple of minutes from Manhattan, FlatRate Headquarters and Operational Center are built in optimized flow for its purpose, keeping us going as smoothly as possible.

State of the Art Dispatch Center physically connected to the movers’ launch for an immediate communication and viewing the loading docks for better supervising process, the dispatch center is equipped with the latest GPS systems, indicating each of our trucks location at any time.

Human Resources Wing dedicated for the ongoing recruiting and training of our outstanding personnel. HR assures employees performance and satisfaction.

Administration and Customer Service, these two departments are purposely sited in high proximity to our operations to assure ideal communication flow with the operations center to better service our customers. Any customer charges and recharges are made in minutes in maximal coordination between the dispatch center and the accounting personnel. Our Customer Service people work closely with the operations to resolve customer issues as soon as they rise and to constantly improve our service practices based on our customers’ feedback.

Private Storage
The last three floor of FlatRate’s building are dedicated for our ‘Private Storage’. Featuring over a 100 newly built and well equipped storage rooms

FLATRATE SALES CENTER
Located at the heart of Soho, our Sales offices feature the most up-to-date and inviting facility to keep the sales and customer service spirit and high as possible.

Over 40 Relocation Consultants operate from these offices, to enable service both over the phone and in-person appointments.

FLATRATE STORAGE FACILITIES
Located at Newark, New Jersey, FlatRate’s brand new storage facility offers more than 300,000sq.ft of state-of-the-art storage rooms in a high variety of room shapes and sizes. Including the highest facility standards in the industry, FlatRate storage rooms are all temperature and humidity controlled, with the highest security level.
