- We offer an all-inclusive and up-front price. Instead of estimating, we let you know exactly how much your move will cost upfront, with an itemized breakdown.
- We let you choose a package that suits you best – Premium, Economy, or Elite.
- With us you can customize your package and add extra services “A La Carte”:
Packing, Unpacking, Custom Wood Crates, Assembly and/or Disassembly, Disposal, Technology and Media Services, Floor Protection, Wall Protection and Cleaning.
- We provide you with an integrated team to support every move, ensuring precise coordination and efficiency. Your team consists of a Relocation Consultant, Confirmation Agent, Planner, Dispatcher, Moving Crew, Field Manager, and a Customer Service Representative.
- We handle the logistics by assigning an experienced planner for your move. Your planner will determine the most appropriate people, trucks, and tools for the job.
- We prepare a FlatRate “Ready for Anything” arsenal: standby vehicles, on-hand carpenters and on-site crating makes sure the job always gets done without major delays.
- We perform 2,500 moves a month. We have 55 trucks and 70 crews allowing us to run like a well-oiled machine.
