Flat Rate Moving does not keep track of the domains from which people visit this site. However, in order to post a review, you will be required to provide your name and email address.
USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
Without the user's prior consent, Flat Rate Moving will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted.
Unless the user marks an "x" in the opt-out option box herein provided, Flat Rate Moving reserves the right to provide the user with information about Flat Rate Moving's products and services.

(a) Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on Jun/05 . Flat Rate Moving reserves the right to change its privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change will be posted on flatrate.com Web Site home page for 1 day prior to the implementation of such change. There are two boxes at the end of Flat Rate Moving's notice of change: (1) an "I accept" box, and (2) an "I do not accept" box. If the user does not mark the "I do not accept" box the user will be deemed to have accepted Flat Rate Moving's privacy policy changes.
(b) Opt-Out Right. The user has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by Flat Rate Moving and/or by any third parties with whom Flat Rate Moving has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting Flat Rate Moving via email PR@flatrate.com. After processing the cancellation, Flat Rate Moving will delete the user's personal information from its data base.
