Our process ensures you get the best solution:
1. Inventory–A storage specialist takes an inventory of your things over the phone. Like our moving services, your price will be all-inclusive based on a number of important factors including the cubic feet you’ll need, the type of room you opt for, and the kind of access you want. You pay once a month for the duration of your storage and can cancel any time.
2. Pick Up and Protection–We’ll arrange for professional movers to pick up your items and take them to one of our warehouses. We will wrap and protect your items in a manner appropriate for short- or long-term storage. We can take a photo inventory before packing so you have a visual record of the items going into storage.
3. Unload Into a Private Room–All of our storage facilities have loading docks and spacious hallways. Your goods will be unloaded off the truck and into a private, locked room.
4. Your Own Key–You are given your own key to the unit and the option to keep a key on site with the manager. You can have access to your possessions with 24-hours notice.
5. Delivery–When you are ready for your goods, our professional movers will deliver them.
