FlatRate owned and operated facilities–We own and operate over 300,000 square feet of storage facilities. We don’t outsource anything. This means we are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the environment, staying in contact with you regarding your goods, and making sure the items you have entrusted to us are secure. We take pride in our property because we know you take pride in yours. Our storage facilities are located in:

Full-service, door-to-door storage–You can have as much or as little participation in the process as you like. If you want us to do it all, we can:

Create an inventory of your items and assist you in selecting the best size private storage room

Wrap and protect your goods in boxes and blankets fin a manner appropriate for storage

Arrange for our professional movers to pick up and deliver your goods
Private locked rooms–Your items will be stored in a private room to which you’ll have easy access with 24-hours notice. You will have your own key to the unit and can leave one with management. Tight security and 24-hour surveillance ensure no one else has access to your unit.
