Great experience but was a little frustrated by the lack of communication between Sales and Preparation Departments. Despite repeatedly emphasizing that movers would also be packing up, the movers who arrived on Day 1 were not aware that they were to pack AND move. My sales rep, Adam, and my moving crew were excellent. My only complaint is that my quote was misadjusted several times. It kept reverting to the current pricing, and I was incorrectly charged $1190 instead of $875. Adam took care of everything, but you should fix your system so that this issue does not occur.

Zuleika was very attentive and detail oriented. She was able to help me with my move and make the experience a lot easier. Ming Wang was also very helpful. The movers were very careful and were very fast. They were in and out in less than an hour.

So far, I am very pleased with my move experience with FlatRate. From the first contact, Roi came to our apartment quickly and got us an estimate very quickly. The movers themselves, Greg, Chris, and Hector, arrived on time and were very polite and got us all packed up very efficiently. Excellent and flawless.Flat rate took care of 3 moves for us between May and January.I was very impressed every time.They call within an hour after the inquiry set up the move and on the day of the move professionals arrive and all is taken care of.Moving couches up the stairs,packing knick knacks,assembling beds check check check.Outstanding
