Movers were great and the whole process only took about 2 hours. They were there exactly at 9am and managed to get everything downstairs even though the apartment has narrow, winding staircases. Overall a great experience and will definitely be using FlatRate again for move number four and beyond.

Thank you for a good moving experience last week. After unpacking everything, we are still missing a plastic under the bed box with turquoise handles that is full of costumes. I’m hoping you may have come across it. With Halloween around the corner, it would be great if you found it. Maybe at the bottom of a moving bin?

Too many different Flatrate staff called me too many times to "confirm" my move, which I had already confirmed online. We are repeat customers of Flatrate and we were really satisfied with the overall service especially from Ming, Paula and Dan (foreman). However I have to say that also all the moving crew were respectufl, helpful, careful and kept an excellent attitude all day. I have already recommended it to a friend and will continue to do so.
