Movers were so helpful and made the experience stress-free. The pricing is fair and they took care of my stuff like it was their own. They were really nice which goes such a long way and they constructed my bed for me and brought all the wrapping to protect the furniture. Best moving experience so far – the team of 3 worked SO well together and they were courteous and helpful and just very positive and upbeat. But the best part is they stayed consistent from the beginning to the end. Some moves the movers lose it toward the end. They just got it done and it went really smoothly all the way through. A TEN for this team!!

Sales staff very responsive and accommodating. Movers did a good job and we received our boxes a week earlier than anticipated. Rates are competitive and fair. Very satisfied. Would recommend to others.

When you call you reach an actual person who returns calls, follows up, and does what he says he is going to do. The movers themselves were careful, efficient and friendly. This was our second move in NYC with FlateRate and while I hope to stay put for a while I would definitely use the company again.
