1. Absolutely affordable. 2. The customer service was really good, & they were very polite. 3. The movers came at the times they were expected to come & there is a tracker on the truck to see when there are coming which I did not expect. 4. There is also an app that I couldn’t access not sure why. 5. The movers came & did it 1,2,3, even though it was only 3 items. I will call them again for a move.

FlatRate were amazing. We did the full service move and everything worked out perfectly without a hitch. The movers were very careful with our things. They worked efficiently to move us from NJ to NY. George was great and everyone were fantastic. I’d hire them again, but not planning on moving anytime soon!
