1. Furniture Volume
We measure the cubic feet of furniture and boxes you are moving. The bigger the volume, the bigger the truck and crew we send.
2. Specialty Item Protection
Items like glass tables, marble countertops, artwork, and sculptures require custom crating and extra care. We quote that separately, by cubic foot.
3. Location Conditions
Stairs, long push from the truck, elevator access, narrow hallways. If the building adds complexity, we account for it in your price upfront.
4. Driving Distance
For long-distance moves, we calculate mileage. For local NYC moves, distance is usually minimal and already factored in.
5. Additional Services
Packing, unpacking, storage, custom carpentry, furniture assembly. Anything beyond the standard move is itemized and added to your quote.
