The service was excellent however I have had my things in storage for several years and am very unhappy that several boxes and a mirror that's 100" x 45" (giant size) are somehow missing. How can you lose a mirror that size? And now having to prove it and go thru insurance is a pain that I don't want to have to deal with

I haven't opened most of the boxes yet, so I don't know if anything broke during the move, but the movers were fast, courteous, and generally excellent. It was also very hot that day, and they moved all our stuff up to a 3rd floor walkup without a single complaint.

My experience with FlatRate was phenomenal fro start to finish - it was easy to schedule our assessment and quote visit, obtain the necessary insurance papers for both buildings, and our packing and moving days were both seamless. The movers were great! The doormen in my building gave them a hard time but they still were able to move everything quickly and efficiently into a walk-up apartment across town.
