I had originally thought I would pack 100 mirror boxes but was reduced to 14 boxes. Even though Flat Rate reduced the quote I would have thought that the reduction in cost would have been more.Overall experience was favorable and would recoomend.

The crew I worked with was incredible. They were on time, organized and efficient. The only problem I had was one night table lamp that was broken during the packing process.

At the start of the move there was a problem with the elevator however, the movers were very patient and helpful as we waiting for the elevator to be fixed. I would recommend FlatRate to anyone moving. The move was very pleasant and,excluding the elevator,stress free.

I needed to have my office moved in and out of storage to be able to have the office floors sanded and walls repainted. The same crew of men did both ends of the job superbly. Moving in NYC can be a horrifying experience, and I've done it 5 times. I've used Flatrate for all my moves & have been very pleased.
