After I called to inform your company that one of the beds was put together wrong during my move, a wonderful service lady was able to schedule a team to come out and fix the job the next day.

The only surprise was that the move plan called for pick-up on Saturday, August 1, and delivery on Sunday, August 2, but when the movers arrived they said they would do everything on Saturday, August 1, which they did. We had a wonderful team of movers and a great foreman. They were respectful and careful. The packers on the other hand, were great at most things, but carelessly packed ties, hats and clothing which will all need to be dry cleaned.

We were very pleased all around with FlatRate. The initial survey, the arrangements, and the move itself prodeeded with great efficiency and care--it was actually a very pleasant surprise. And the two young men who did the moving itself were outstanding--pleasant, careful, and efficient. Do be sure to hang on to them.

I have used Flat Rate twice. Each time the movers have been great -very efficient. However, both times the box delivery did not come as scheduled - requiring me to take extra time off to wait for box delivery. You need to bring this aspect of your business up to speed

The 3 young men who di dmy move were absolutely magnificent. Dennis and 2 others who names escape me. They did an extraordinary job, were lovely and careful. I was so inspired to see these young men working so hard and so well together. Really just magnificent.

The team was very courteous and professional. They also moved my possessions from my apartment to a house with no trouble, nothing broken. They also cleaned up moving related debris before their departure.

In addition to questions about "what are your most expensive pieces" leading to special handling, think it would be very helpful to identify most fragile packed boxes and also give those special service (e.g. no stacking or dollies). Probably lost 4-5 glasses in the move as a result, but understand a damage free move is very very difficult to achieve!Josh
