My sole, very minor negative comment is that in the course of masterfully accomplishing the extremely difficult move of a jukebox to the low-ceilinged garden level of my duplex, a small "bite" was taken out of the lowest tread of the 172 year old mahogany and oak staircase, and a small chip to the plaster ceiling above the tread occurred. i wrote earlier that with the exception of a lost lamp shade, my experience with FR was excellent..i just found the lamp shade! it was not lost by the movers…two lamp shades were put together..my “lost” one was under a larger one…i had a great experience with FR!

Very Professional Movers. They were friendly and efficient. There was some slight damage to my furniture but I appreciate the fact that they called me over to witness it as opposed to trying to hide it.
