The movers were kind, respectful, clean and curtious. They went out of their way to fix an issue with the move- something that I was unaware of - so they kept the peace and stress levels down. Nothing to say except the movers were very friendly and efficient. I would maybe suggest they get water for all the jobs, but I was happy to give them glasses at the house.

I have used Flat Rate in my last three moves. First and last were excellent experiences. There were some bumps in the road for the second move ...the moving crew was in a rush and few furniture pieces were not wrapped and got damaged in transport. Other than that, I highly recommend and will use your services again if needed.

i wrote earlier that with the exception of a lost lamp shade, my experience with FR was excellent..i just found the lamp shade! it was not lost by the movers…two lamp shades were put together..my “lost” one was under a larger one…i had a great experience with FR!
