Kenneth went above and beyond to make my moving experience superb, I cannot thank him + his team enough for their thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and care with all of my belongings.

The sales department representative Andre was very responsive to all communication, whether it be phone or email. I felt that I was going to be taken care of and I was by the movers. The movers were efficient and not a single item broke are were damaged. They are truly a great company and very reasonably priced!

It was a very difficult move from the 51st floor of a manhattan high rise. The moving team was patient and very careful not to damage any of our belongings or the hallways of the building. Great Job!

Team of two was very fast! I had my boxes hastily packed, and they transported the boxes efficiently and without damaging anything.

I have used FlatRate three times now and each time has been excellent. I always pay what they quote (that's the "FlatRate"). On my previous move of my entire apartment a single piece of plastic was lost, nothing was broken. This time, although I haven't finished unpacking I have not found anything broken or poorly packed (they packed for us). I always recommend FlatRate.

THIS WAS A TOUGH MOVE FOR US BUT FLATMATE MADE IT SO MUCH EASIER ANY PROBLEM THAT AROSE WAS. HANDLED . THE MOVERS RICO and the other guys WERE VERY HELPFUL PATIENT AND ACCOMMODATING. The main move foreman, Arthur, was GREAT! He was so efficient and polite. He made sure all of the other movers were organized and showed them exactly how he wanted everything to go. They were extremely gentle with my belongings and worked FAST. This is my 3rd or 4th move with FlatRate and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing service. My relocation consultant was friendly and made the planning process very easy. The movers were extremely fast with packing and moving. What would have taken me many days, they did in a few hours!

Somehow the movers went to wrong address and was late for almost 1 hour. AND they didnt call us for help. We had to contact dispatcher.

I had an outstanding experience. The team that did my move was prompt and courteous. The leader of the crew was really knowledgeable and he did an excellent job of communicating to me from the start of the move to the end. The team was in traffic and called ahead to warn but were on time anyway. They wrapped all my goods well and took care with every aspect of the move....

The actual movers I had were great & worked very hard and quickly, although I think there should have been at least three guys given the distance and amount of stuff. I was annoyed about the address mix-up, but appreciated the credit to my account and I understand mistakes happen. I'd use this service again.

From day one to the end you were the best! Not a single complaint. U-Move, which was the contractor was amazing, against some pretty difficult challenges. For one there was no parking on my street and then rain all day. Great job by everyone.

The two movers were efficient and polite. The lead mover Abdel was friendly and helpful. Moved the mattress aside so the dust ruffle could be placed on the box spring and rotated the mattress. That is good service.

It was a wonderful experience! The move went so smoothly. The movers were quick but careful with all the belongings. I was in my new apartment in no time. They made what could be a stressful event so easy!

I was amazed at how fast these guys came in, took care of everything and got out. I wasn't even fully packed. If it was me and my friends doing the move we would have taken all day! But this time it was done in 3 hours (out of the old place and into the new place)!!!!

The one thing I am so upset about is that they left 4 heavy boxes in my living room that was clearly marked 'Julia's room" and even told them please put these boxes in my daughters room but it was not done. Also I have a heavy cement table where a padding had to go between the stand and the table top where they did not put it.
