Somehow the movers went to wrong address and was late for almost 1 hour. AND they didnt call us for help. We had to contact dispatcher.

I had an outstanding experience. The team that did my move was prompt and courteous. The leader of the crew was really knowledgeable and he did an excellent job of communicating to me from the start of the move to the end. The team was in traffic and called ahead to warn but were on time anyway. They wrapped all my goods well and took care with every aspect of the move....

The actual movers I had were great & worked very hard and quickly, although I think there should have been at least three guys given the distance and amount of stuff. I was annoyed about the address mix-up, but appreciated the credit to my account and I understand mistakes happen. I'd use this service again.

From day one to the end you were the best! Not a single complaint. U-Move, which was the contractor was amazing, against some pretty difficult challenges. For one there was no parking on my street and then rain all day. Great job by everyone.

The two movers were efficient and polite. The lead mover Abdel was friendly and helpful. Moved the mattress aside so the dust ruffle could be placed on the box spring and rotated the mattress. That is good service.

It was a wonderful experience! The move went so smoothly. The movers were quick but careful with all the belongings. I was in my new apartment in no time. They made what could be a stressful event so easy!

I was amazed at how fast these guys came in, took care of everything and got out. I wasn't even fully packed. If it was me and my friends doing the move we would have taken all day! But this time it was done in 3 hours (out of the old place and into the new place)!!!!

The one thing I am so upset about is that they left 4 heavy boxes in my living room that was clearly marked 'Julia's room" and even told them please put these boxes in my daughters room but it was not done. Also I have a heavy cement table where a padding had to go between the stand and the table top where they did not put it.

Nothing to say except the movers were very friendly and efficient. I would maybe suggest they get water for all the jobs, but I was happy to give them glasses at the house.

I have used Flat Rate in my last three moves. First and last were excellent experiences. There were some bumps in the road for the second move ...the moving crew was in a rush and few furniture pieces were not wrapped and got damaged in transport. Other than that, I highly recommend and will use your services again if needed.
