The two movers worked very hard to move everything out of my old apartment and into the new apartment very quickly, but they handled all of our belongings very carefully during the entire process. I would definitely recommend using FlateRate movers to any of my friends who have a move planned soon.

I had to shift my moving date at the last minute due to a block party; you all were able to help problem solve quickly. The movers were prompt, efficient and focused. The foreman in particular was a superstar. He managed to soothe the nerves of a highly territorial grandma landlord while hoisting a sofa up three flights. Can't thank you enough.

It was raining buckets the morning of our move, but the movers did an incredible job timing the moving of furniture and boxes so almost nothing got wet. The movers were polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. There were a few "dings" on our walls when I looked after they left, but the furniture they were moving was extremely bulky, and our hallways are very narrow. Overall, an excellent experience.

There was one glitch - the time estimated for moving out exceeded the time reserved for the moving out building's elevator. The elevator was reserved from 9-12 but approx one hour more was needed. Should adjust arrival time Luckily the next reserver showed up late

I purchased the pack, move, and unpack service from FlatRate. I'd never done this before, and was worried, but the movers exceeded my expectations. They packed everything well and quickly, even random odds and ends, or and those random things you keep under the sink. Also, both my old and new buildings knew about FlatRate, and worked with them seamlessly.
