Danny and his team did a great, very conscientious job. For instance, two very small plugs to a bookcase shelf went missing. They were looking everywhere for these plugs...like for 10-15 minutes. Finally found them.

You should do everything to retain the head of the team which did our move from NYC to DC. He is well spoken, intelligent, and very personable. You are lucky his backround did not permit a college education or no way he is moving furniture.

Customer Service was excellent. Initially they sent only 2 people to do the move and it did not include the foreman whom I specifically asked for and was told that I would have. More staff was needed for the move. I immediately had contact with the dispatch team. They addressed my concerns completely without issue. At the new address my dining room table did not fit and...
