I thought Adam in the New York office was great. Came on a Sunday and met with us and he made us feel relaxed. It was like doing business with an old friend that understood how important the move was. Then Mikey and his crew arrived and were also great! When we move again we will only be calling you!

RIchard (the foreman) and his crew were very attentive, careful, and polite. They got the job done very efficiently and quickly. The estimator and front office were also great. Danny and his team did a great, very conscientious job. For instance, two very small plugs to a bookcase shelf went missing. They were looking everywhere for these plugs...like for 10-15 minutes. Finally found them.

You should do everything to retain the head of the team which did our move from NYC to DC. He is well spoken, intelligent, and very personable. You are lucky his backround did not permit a college education or no way he is moving furniture.
