The team that did my move was great! I had a two-day move so this move was for day 1. They moved the things that were on the plan, but the foreman was pushing back slightly on moving certain items that he thought were not on the plan for day 1. My only not "excellent" answer is with regards to the prep team. Something happened at the last minute and I had to change the apartment I was moving into (the building was the same but the unit # had changed). Although in general I felt the work to be excellent, some of the staff were a little rough and a few things went awry. Partly my fault, because I was not completely packed, but if there was more English language competency, communication would have been easier. Love Jose and Max!

I thought the table in my kitchen would be included, but was told it was too big on the day of the move (and would incur an additional $100 charge to remove). The foreman Rico Avila and his team were friendly, courtepus, respectful, knowledgable and professional. They were short one worker when they came to pack. Theh didnt complain or rush. The just went about their day and packed everything methodically. Everything came in good condition. They were respectful of our brand new house and did the best theh could.
