The movers (Roberto, Hector, Omar) were absolutely fantastic: polite, friendly, powerful, thorough, thoughtful. Interaction with Larry Petrakakos was terrific. The office kept on top of it. Could not imagine a better move.

My movers (Ivan and team) were BEYOND amazing. There are no words to describe how they made a "hellish" day - perfect. These men deserve bonuses for the amazing job they did with my move.

While my items have not shipped yet - they will be in storage for the next month or so, so I cannot comment on the QUALITY and care of the move - I will say that Manny and his 2 guys who helped him were so nice, reliable, friendly and accommodating. I felt completely comfortable with them and was actually sad when they left. I would highly recommend Manny and his team!!!

The salesperson Adam was great! I had to call back a few times due to changes in the building regarding bed bug policy, The representative started to argue with me and told me to calm down. Wasn't used to this since Adam was so professional. Regardless the overall experience was excellent.

It wasn't really an issue but the movers showed up 1-3/4 hours earlier than arranged. We were able to pack up the remaining items while they were packing the larger items. It all worked out. Ivan and Pedro were terrific and even offered to help move the items from our car.

Everything was great. Only constructive feedback is that there seemed to be multiple confirmations that were redundant and made it seem as if previous confirmations were not received.
