Great in all respects! Only issue was stractching up and slightly denting our kitchen metal garbage can. But of all things, in the scope of a massive 1,900 sq ft, 2 bedroom move - very minor. And otherwise a great experience.

My movers were particularly angelic human beings. I was very emotional due to the sentimental value of the objects being moved. They not only handled the goods with respect but treated me like a friend. Thank you Omar and Steven for going above and beyond for me. I will never forget your generosity and acts of kindness.

I have recommended FlatRate because after several moves with the company I remain a very satisfied customer. A shout out to both Manny and the dispatch folks for their patience with a skittery client before and on moving day. The two guys, Hector and Jose, were totally professional and a pleasure to work with. As always I trusted them completely with my stuff.

Arthur was an amazing move crew manager. His crew of 3 men(including him), were very efficient, courteous, professional and caring. If there was something damaged/fragile before the move they informed me about it and wrapped it as well as they could for protection. By the end of the move, nothing was broken, and they assembled our bed! The entire move lasted from 9:30AM...

I would like to thank the two flat rate movers who made my moving experience a very smooth transition. They started early in the morning & before 1:00 PM all of my belongings were in my new place.

Awesome service! Customer service was great and office was really on-point to make sure the full service I paid for was delivered. Only point of feedback would be it would've been nice to make sure to clean up a bit when done moving, particularly after it got messy drilling into the wall for a foldout table, but other than that great job.
