This is the third time I've used Flatrate to move and again, I was very pleased with the service. Arsenio, the person I dealt with in the office was thorough and professional and Ernesto and the moving crew did a great job. Hopefully I won't be moving again for a very long time though.

i would specifically recommend Arthur Peralta, I own and run a business with 80 employees and recognize the difference when an employee truly represents the best of a company, Arthur cares about the quality of his work and wants the customer to be happy!

Used you twice on successive weekends. Entire process was a pleasure, from working with Arsenio Heslop, to the actual mover teams. The mover teams sent out on both moves was professional, on time, and efficient. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Appreciated the professionalism and flexibility of the move team. After a hiccup with our move-in at the new building (a miscommunication between the management company and super), the crew worked extra hard to get us in and settled after an already long and hot day. Very grateful!

Carlos B and his team were courteous, professional, and most importantly, very very fast. They managed to carry heavy furniture and tons of boxes both up and down three fights of stairs and did not damage any of the items or put so much as a smudge on the walls. I would highly recommend them again and will use flat rate for future moves.
