The team was fantastic! They showed up on time - worked quickly but carefully and really tried to help me as much as possible. My move was in two parts - first from one apt. to another in NYC and then to a house on Long Island. It was a long day and the guys were upbeat and energetic throughout. Would highly recommend them. The preparation dept. (Nick Roman) and the movers (Joshua's team?) did a terrific job. They were all efficient, effective, and polite. This is the second time I've used Flat Rate and I wouldn't hire anyone else.Please don't use my last name when you publish my feedback.

The only issue was that my acrylic coffee table was scratched by the movers with an Xacto-blade when they removed the protective wrap. I spoke to Roi and he sent me the claims email address

Only one negative thing happened. Our Oak butcher block table top (36 inch) was broken. It was a clean break along a seam and I should be able to glue and attach it back with metal mending plates underneath.

They did a really great job. Only issue was they did not have enough wrapping paper to wrap all of the things in the kitchen. They did a great job figuring out how to protect everything even without.

My experience was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the service from everyone. My last minute move had me stressed, but every single person at Flat Rate eased my mind and made my first move easy. Thank you!

From Adam in the sales office to Jose and every member of the move crew, once again my experience was first rate. Professional, courteous, and very hard working from start to finish.

Very smooth experience, and Mohammed and Pablo were careful and polite. The only complaint I had was that they used a quarter to prop open the destination door, and now the door is difficult to close completely.

The movers were seriously great. I priced out a few other local movers before choosing FlatRate (even though I've used FlatRate before), they were cheaper, but none of them seemed to have their shit together or were in any way as efficient as FlatRate.

My move on the 24th was an absolute dream. Manny and his team were the best ever. I just recently lost my job and couldn’t afford to tip them what i wanted to, but if there’s any bonus those three are eligible, please ensure they receive it. They had the best attitudes and I so enjoyed their company!

The movers were on time, they were professional and took extra care of my personal items. They were also very efficient and quick.....but not at the expense of breaking or damaging any items. This is the second time using FLATRATE and I will use them again. I will also recommend FLATRATE to my friends and family.
