I would like to thank the guys that worked in my apartment so much they assured me not to worry once I saw how good they protect my future I was at ease thank you so much.

The prep department was communicative but did the COI wrong; when I emailed to correct it they responded right away but didn't understand the problem, left a long message explaining why it wasn't a problem. Then they called back and fixed it. But it took a bit. The estimator and moving-day team were phenomenal.

Phenomenal experience. Great crew, felt taken care of the entire time, flawless performance. Never using another mover.

Everyone was wonderful to deal with. Ming was incredibly responsive and the crew was efficient and super careful. Only problem was the claims dept which did not issue a refund check in a timely fashion.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Movers were amazing. Only thing I would say is when I arranged the move, I said.. three hours would not be enough to pack and move everything out. I was assured it would be fine. Two days before move, it was decided packing would take place day before. This was highly needed.

I have used the company twice. Both times are stressful because moving is stressful, but your people always have been professional, patient and communicate well. I wish I could say the same for the Storage center, which is ridiculously unresponsive. They actually should be put out of business for their failure to respond to customers.
