Everything was smooth, on time, and service was professional and courteous. None of the horror stories about other moving companies came close to happening with our Flatrate moving experience.

The salesperson Adam was great! I had to call back a few times due to changes in the building regarding bed bug policy, The representative started to argue with me and told me to calm down. Wasn't used to this since Adam was so professional. Regardless the overall experience was excellent.
