The movers made me belief that there are still nice people in the world. They drove to Baltimore in the worst weather and never loose their cool after being stuck in traffic for over 9 hours.

Pam did a great job of helping me take inventory of everything to be moved to ensure an accurate quote. My moving crew was excellent as well... they arrived right on time, were very friendly, and incredibly efficient; finishing earlier than expected.

I loved the team that came to move my stuff. They were courteous, they did the moving and packing exactly as i asked them to, they even unpacked certain things to repack as asked, and they had a smile on their face the whole time. It was a stressful day, but they helped alleviate some of that stress!

There are few things that I need to mention. The prep person was very nice but incorrectly entered the address for the COI paperwork, and it had to be redone, which caused unnecessary time to fix this error. Only one disappointment they did not put booties over their shoes otherwise they were excellent .

The moving crew members (3) arrived on time, worked extremely hard and they were very careful, thorough, friendly and courteous.They had to remove and reinstall the front door because my sofa was too big and it took extra time and work, but they did all this with a smile on their face.All 3 workers were wonderful.

The movers did a phenomenal job. They were friendly, efficient, helpful and careful with my belongings. There was a miscommunication about the moving date (I moved out July 31 and into another apartment on August 2), but I received timely and helpful customer service.
