The only hiccup was that it took the movers over 2.5 hours longer than it took for us to drive from our old home to our new home - perhaps they were just using a map, but they would have saved a lot more time if they had used real-time GPS software on a phone such as Waze or Google Maps. Shawn and the 2 other movers were amazing. Shawn was extremely thorough and took pictures and inventory of all items being shipped. In addition, he reinforced all of our taped boxes and disassembled all necessary items then covered them all with blankets and proper taping. We were very satisfied with Flat Rates process and will definitely recommend them.

The only issue I has was the length the move took. Due to traffic, our move didn't finish until 10 pm. It might be a good idea to consider a two day move for long distances.
