Although I can only speak to the first half of our move (our stuff will remain in your storage facility until we move into our new apartment in November), I am very happy with the experience. Our three movers, Danny, Jamel, and Rayon, were fantastic.

Allan did a wonderful job itemizing the items to be moved. The movers came in a clean white truck with your logo on the side (very important). They were clean, courteous and professional. The only tricky thing was that the sales department thought the movers wouldn't use the elevator on the first day - jus pack. The foreman packed and loaded everything that day, which was great for us.

Other than the fact that movers showed up an hour later than scheduled the move went extremely well. The movers were courteous and clean and efficient. There was not one broken item.

Wonderful experience. The company very helpful regarding preparation for the move. I appreciated the checklists sent. The movers arrived 10 minutes earlier than the two hour window, placed protection around the apartment and were careful with all the furniture, not just the mirrored and lacquered pieces. I would request these two men again. They were extremely helpful and just plain nice.

The foreman and the crew were hard-working, considerate, fine people. We had trouble finding 1 or 2 things amid all the many, many boxes they unpacked for us -- but eventually every single thing turned up.The foreman did his very best to disassemble, and then re-assemble our 19th C tall clock -- but it doesn't quite work now.
