My movers were excellent. They were timely and completely professional. I couldn't imagine a better experience.

The movers showed up early, ready to move. They were extremely courteous, kind, efficient and gentle. I will recommend Flat Rate to everyone I know who is moving. The movers on our job, Naji, Shawn, and Ahmed were great. I hope this feedback reaches them.

Service was excellent as always. There seem to be some inefficiencies in your confirmation process, though. I received duplicate emails and was never sure that the process was complete.

We moved with Julio (#7617) and his team who were absolutely fabulous! Not only were they incredibly fast and hard working, but they were also extremely friendly and respectful. I've moved with Flatrate 5 or 6 times in the past few years and this crew has been by far the best crew yet. Thank you!

Simply stated - I have moved 25 times in 25 years and THIS was the easiest move yet thanks to FlatRate. I had an emergency situation where my mover cancelled on me the day before the move and FlatRate was able to save the day - at a fair price - and with better service than I have come to expect. So - I am now committed to use you guys every time!

I've moved twice with NYC flatrate movers and have had great experiences both times. They are quick and efficient and have never broken or lost anything, both of which other movers have done in the past. I recommend Flatrate to everyone!
