I can't thank Flat Rate enough for providing such an excellent service. Was the easily the best movers I have ever used, and definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again. David and his crew were top of the line.

This was our third move with FlatRate, and somehow they manage to get better every time. The salesperson was great and had everything set up quickly over the phone. The movers were polite, efficient, and went beyond our expectations, setting up furniture and even hanging the clothes in our closets. We will definitely be calling FlatRate again.

The movers showed up on time and were 100% prepared. The entire move ( two blocks away) was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They were friendly and communicative. A representative from Flatrate stopped by to check on progress. They seemed genuinely appreciative of the tip I gave each one of them. I would recommend them.

Jose Buzzi was great with my scheduling. I had to call him numerous times to adjust my move date and item list. He was never annoyed and was always very helpful!

Chris, Johnathon and Robert were super helpful. They worked very hard and were very very helpful and gracious when problems arose. Polite and patient, careful and attentive to detail. The flat rate covered unexpected issues that slowed down the move, so the quote was very good value for this complex move with multiple pick ups and drop offs.

Carlos and Rafael we great, very professional and efficient. They made a very stressful day easy.

Mark arrived and introduced himself. He was extremely nice, answered all questions, and was hard working as were his two other movers. They were efficient and careful and I was thoroughly pleased with them. Moving is an awful, exhausting experience and Mark and Flatrate made it much easier. Thanks to Yuval who also helped me think through what I needed for this move.

The men were all very nice and helpful--especially the one who was overseeing things (I'm sorry I didn't get his name). Several times, when I had questions, they reopened boxes for me to check things. They worked steadily and were friendly, cheerful, and very helpful throughout. The couple of mistakes they made were quickly and cheerfully corrected when I pointed them out.

Overall great experience. Very efficient and professional. My only complaint was the estimate for how long the overall move would take. It ended up taking half the time than was estimated, which was great, but the very large estimate made it a bit inconvenient trying to schedule and coordinate elevator reservations. But overall excellent experience and would certainly use again.

Salesperson could not have been better. Movers were professional, obviously experienced, very careful with my things, and overall did a great job. I would like to have the same crew move my things out of storage for the return.
