Peter, who was the head person for our move, was superb. Peter and his two helpers were very careful with everything, very neat and extremely professional. This move was our third move with FlatRate (one within NYC; one from NYC to Boston; and one from Philadelphia to NYC) We highly recommend FlatRate!

The only thing was the final price adjustment in the moving agreement was not reflected in the amount charged to my card, I was overcharged about $100 and am still waiting to hear if I will receive a refund for this amount. My daughter highly recommended you -- having herself used you twice -- but she had a broken marble end table -- that she didn't collect enough to replace--and not all of her items were reassembled after the move.
