Best moving experience ever, though a little expensive.I am, however, having trouble getting answers to some billing questions post-move. Would like a follow-up phone call.

From soup to nuts, the staff and the movers at Flat Rate made a difficult move that much easier to deal with.

Our movers worked on an extremely hot day and worked continuously from the time they arrived until the time they had everything on the truck. We appreciate the hard work they put into our move to make it happen on time and get everything packed.

I thought Bernardo worked hard and got the job done while not damaging anything, as far as I know. Everyone from FlatRate was excellent. The moving men worked incredibly hard and didn't leave till absolutely everything was done.

This is my 4th FlatRate move and they've all been good. Had small damage: a knob broken off a small endtable drawer and a wooden caster snapped on a dresser. The "guys" were superb. Damage estimate $100, to fix.

The only snag was that the movers did not have a updated copy of the move plan which included flat panel TV removal. I showed them my copy by since they did not know they were unprepared to fill/repair the holes in the wall left by the bracket. I notified my contact at flatrate and asked for a reduction in price since the holes were left and not repaired. I am awaiting ...

One piece of furniture was damaged upon delivery but the crew was fantastic, as was the sales team. This was our third move with FlatRate.

Mario, Angel and Phillip were exceptional! Very professional, respectful and trust-worthy. We are requesting them for our move on July 9th from our storage units in Danbury.

Showed up a bit early, very quick working- move went off with out a problem. Unpacked, and everything made the move in great shape.

The only issue that we had was that the mattress had mold on it. We had to throw it out. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory. I will be contacting the customer service office regarding the mattress.

This is the second time I have used FlatRate Movers and I am still very impressed with their professionalism and just how smooth everything went. Will use them again if needed.
