George, our foreman from Serbia and his whole crew - we had 7 of them, were fantastic! They were professional, nice, responsible and they worked very well as a team. Also, it took us 2 days, 7 men, 12 hours each day, hot hot weather, no air conditioning at one point, and they never lost their sense of humor. AMAZING CREW and LEADER!!!

Because the costs will be paid by my son's company, they need to give them a formal Invoice and a Payment Receipt ( already paid with my credit card ). The three young gentlemen doing the move were very efficient, fast and professional in their job. They were also very patient waiting for the elevator and yielding to my elderly neighbors.

Great service. Only recommendation is that I wound have liked to had had an idea of how long the move was going to take. It took 7 hours to pack and load a studio apartment!

Very professional and curteous. There were some setbacks that were not Flatrate's fault but the gentlemen moving were very accomodating.

Only complaint I have is that it turned out I'll need a shuttle for delivery at destination which wasn't well explained at the start, otherwise extremely satisfied.

the moving crew that handled my office move were terrific. they worked very hard and were extremely careful in packing and moving all my office furniture. they also worked without lunch in order to get the job done as quickly as possible. in a word, they were great.

The only part that gave me any trouble was the online confirmation of my move. When I followed the link to confirm my inventory for the move, the list of "Box Items" didn't show up. That was the place where I would have actually entered a change or two, so it was a little confusing. But otherwise, everything was great!
