Everyone did a great job. Hector and the crew moved everything in seamlessly. There was some confusion about the moving date, but Flat Rate resolved it fairly easily and we were able to have our belongings back quickly.

Aside from a little mixup with order of the delivery destinations, which we straightened out the day before the move,, and the insurance forms incorrectly filled out initially, the service was excellent. I have never met such helpful, courteous, polite and confidence giving movers. Everyone of them should be commended.

This is my second time using FlatRate Moving. (FRM) (I have used FRM two times now in the past 14 months.) Ariel Bornstein has been my moving consultant in both cases and both times I have been extremely satisfied with the move. FRM is professional, on-time, careful and efficient. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

Please do not call and e-mail all the time to check in--it's not necessary. On moving day I'm not sitting around on my phone and won't answer. If there is a problem, I will call.

Both of the movers did a great job. They arrived on time, and moved our boxes and furniture with care. They were also very helpful with protecting our furniture with proper blankets.

Great job overall. Very efficient. Only breakage was inside our house--the guys broke a lamp shade while setting up the bed. I would have been fine with it, but they didn't tell me and I discovered it myself.

I've used Flatrate for 5 or 6 moves and while all have been good this has been the best experience yet. They loaded everything up and unloaded everything extremely fast. Very efficient overall. I hope I can get the same crew for the next move.

Had a very good experience. The move was organised at the last minute and everyone from the organizer and sales to the movers were friendly and helpful. I used Flat Rate about 4 year ago to move my company, Cotton Hall Asset Management in Manhattan and I had quite the opposite experience. So I am pleased that things have improved.
