Everyone I worked with at Flat Rate was incredible - from Laurence my salesman, to my foreman (Roz?) and his two assistants, to the quality control person who stopped by during my move. Everything was done with such care and thought, and it was the smoothest moving experience I could have ever imagined.

The movers were exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They REALLY know what they were doing! They manouvered through some tricky and tight corners and doorways with amazing skill. My furniture arrived in perfect condition and they set up whatever they could. I could not have been more pleased with the move. They really relieved alot of the stress of moving.

Everything was excellent. Only thing I would do is make it more clear that tip/gratuity for the movers is not included in the price.

The only thing easy about moving is FlatRate. This was my third move with FlatRate and I will continue to use them every time I move.

Adelfo and Moises were excellent! I couldn't have asked for a better crew on my move day--they were helpful, answered all my questions, were so careful with all my fragile items, were unbelievable fast loading and unloading the truck, and they got to my new apartment in record time! The 4 movers were 10 minutes early! They were extremely efficient (packed my apartment for me), polite and friendly. They asked questions about items when necessary. They were careful -- if it was unclear whether an item needed special wrapping or was breakable, they erred on the side of assuming that. They were careful to not cause any damage to the buildings/apartment...

Our experience leading up to the move was fine. The salesperson was informative and worked with us. Our move team, though, were the real stars. Kenard, Marcellus, and Kirtis were on the ball. They were courteous, professional, and efficient and they gave us great confidence in knowing that our items will be cared for. Couldnt speak more highly about them.

As you know we had to move out of our new apartment and break our lease after two days. When we decided to move out I knew immediately to call Flat Rate, they were the only people I could trust in a dark time. We had not yet signed a new lease but I knew that if our things were out of that apartment and with them, they would be safe. Flat rate was professional, flexible...

Marco and crew were great. Very accomodating. Unfortuantely, despite their efforts a piece of furniture did break. This was upsetting to the movers and me.

The movers were incredibly helpful and good-natured. I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the move-out (about 2 hours). Very impressive work.

Alfredo and his team were great. David was also great to work with getting our quote. I only have one walnut sideboard that got dented on the top surface. Not sure if there is any compensation for this. Otherwise it was a great move!

Gio moved me from NYC to Hoboken. He arrived promptly. Gio is professional and very experienced. He does not waste any time. Would highly recommend to my friends and family. Flatrate does not fool around and waste your time.

My movers were AMAZING! I had a platform bed from Ikea that I was convinced would not be able to be taken apart. My movers took it apart in 30 minutes and put it back to together in my new place in record time. I was absolutely in awe. Amazing service overall and very professional. I will definitely use Flat Rate again in the future.

The guys who moved me did a great job and they were very, very nice. They immediately made me feel cconfident in them. Also, they went out of their way to make things easy for me. Actually, the entire process was easy. I have used Flat Rate for all of my moves (except one) and would definitely choose/recommend you again.

Great moving experience. They came little late than expected, but did great job on moving my mirror and expensive shandalier from NYC apartment to my house.

Willfredo and Ali were amazing. They were very fast and very careful with all of our items. They could not have done a better job, it was fantastic!

Everything went well, the movers just didn't necessary put all of the boxes into the rooms they were marked for when we arrived at our house. It's not a huge deal, but it would have been more helpful if they were all where they should have been, particularly since I'm pregnant and can't lift anything heavy.

The entire process was seamless and well coordinated. Didn't have a single problem all through. Everyone was courteous, professional and helpful. This has not been my experience with other movers.
