In general, the experience was great. On both ends of my long-distance move, the movers were early, effcicient and professional. With the delivery, it seemed like the truck could have been a bit more organized/better packed. (Some things looked like they were precariously perched; however, none of my items were damaged. And nothing was missing.

Only thing they didn't do is pack the electronics (receivers, dvd player, speakers) and these went unpacked. Seemed to be OK when I inspected after unloading but won't know until I plug in.Otherwise, all went well.

The only thing that I would have appreciated is that since they were stuck in traffic for 2 hours...A phone call would have been nice. I had a friend come to open my house and she ended up sitting in my home for 2 1/2 hours !!
