Said was very professional, he listened to all of my concerns and arrived at the exact hour that I requested for my next day delivery. I have had 2 very stree-free moves with Flatrate. Matt is awesome and so flexible. he gives you exactly what you ask for and the price is great!

Team arrived early. Explained what they were doing when wrapping furniture. Weather was bad outside but they didn't complain and were very friendly. I had only used "man with a van" type services before, but Flat Rate was worth the extra money and professionalism

The three guys who helped me move were amazing. It took them no time at all to pack up the truck, and even less time unpacking and putting back together my furniture. Everything was in perfect condition, not even a scratch on them! I highly recommend these 3 guys.

The crew was great! Nassim was very thorough and the guys were extremely neat and clean. I just moved into a house that was just built and the crew took the utmost care in keeping the home clean, avoiding walls, etc. Yuval was great in the the planning phase as well!

Movers arrived on 5 minutes before the scheduled hour (8-9) in NYC that is unheard of. Nicest guys ever - professional and efficient. Everyone I dealt with at FlatRate was a top notch professional. I am already recommending them to everyone I know.

Our overall experience was very satisfactory. Joseph (our salesperson) and Asiz's team were great. However, one member of the team was not as professional as the others. For example, she packed things that were not supposed to be packed and didn't pack things that were supposed to be packed. Also, she was not careful when handling fragile items.

Sorry that there was slight damage to the apartment wall during the move and hopefully the company can settle this with the landlord (walk thru with super showed this as only damgage).

Excellent service from Sylvester, Yusef, Mohammed and Owen! Great teamwork. They were all very hardworking and professional. Outstanding leadership by Sylvester. David Lloyd was also very helpful and responded promptly to all emails/questions.

Foreman, Kenard and his crew, Marcellus and Andrew were amazing. They truly went above and beyond with the care and attention to detail applied to packing and protecting our belongings. I had them move items to NY storage, so was not on site for the unload and cannot comment on that detail. However, the pickup from MA went amazingly well. These guys deserve a raise!!

My move team was wonderful. They took excellent care of all of my furniture while also being professional, friendly and efficient. There was a problem with the truck but the team manager handled it perfectly and they managed to get to the new destination in good time. I would highly recommend all three of them and especially the team manager. I will definitely call FlatRate again for future moves.
