I would say that the entire team was outstanding with one exception of the office person that the mover call when I had a question. She was very short with me as though I was bothering her; she was the only downfall to the entire move. If her job is to answer questions clients have then she needs to be retrained on how not to be accusatory when speaking with the client....

The entire process was extremely pleasant considering moving is a stressful occasion. The relo consultant Joseph F. was awesome. The moving crew led my Mike were superb. They were really nice, worked efficiently and quickly all with a smile.

Team arrived early. Explained what they were doing when wrapping furniture. Weather was bad outside but they didn't complain and were very friendly. I had only used "man with a van" type services before, but Flat Rate was worth the extra money and professionalism

The crew was great! Nassim was very thorough and the guys were extremely neat and clean. I just moved into a house that was just built and the crew took the utmost care in keeping the home clean, avoiding walls, etc. Yuval was great in the the planning phase as well!
