This was the easiest move I have ever done and I have moved all over the east coast. Roberto and Jose were on time, efficient, and worked diligently to make sure everything went smoothly. They were so professional and very nice guys. I would definitely recommend and will use Flat Rate movers again.

Move is not over yet....truck will not arrive at new home (Milwaukee) for about two weeks. So, only half of the move rated here, but it is great so far!

The movers were stellar and took time to let my three-year-old help wrapping his rocking horse and then made sure it was one of the first things off the truck in our new home to unpack.

This was our third move here in NYC with Flatrate but the first LD. Regarding the call prior to the move made by Izabela was very confusing. I suggest you ask the client to have the move screen open so both people are looking at the same details.Or send the same checklist document to the client.
