From the salesman who came to my home to the foreman and all of his team, each was professional, polite, efficient and very friendly! This was a good experience considering moving is one of life's most stressful events! Not only would I recommend FlatRate to friends and family, I intend to use them again [requesting the same team!] in six months time!!!

We worked with two different crews and both were exceptionally professional! we would definitely recommend your services to friends and use you in the future if needed!

The only problem was one piece of furniture was broken. I assume this will be taken care of by customer service during the business week. Otherwise everything was beyond my expectations.

The pictures were placed in boxes unwrapped and sustained some damage and scratches. Otherwise great move.
