We were recommended Flatrate by a friend and could safely say we would recommend them ourselves. The movers were polite and friendly, explained everything clearly and were in no way rude to us, as some movers can be. They were there before time came in introduced themselves took innovatory. Then BAM the apartment was empty!! Couldn't believe it they also even got to my new location before time!

This is my third time using Flat Rate and I'm very satisfied. The salesperson assigned to my move, Ina Korac, was EXCELLENT. The three movers, especially team leader Nadji, were tireless, very kind, very fast and great.

My only issue is that one of the boxes was missing upon delivery which I did not notice until late last night. It was of small plants (cacti and others) which at this point, would not be alive anymore.The movers themselves were fantastic. They helped remove unwanted furniture after the move as well as all the garbage. They were great. My next move will be with FlatRate.

Both movers were gentlemen and professional. They seemed to be experienced and expert at their jobs.

The pricing I was originally quoted was more than 50% higher than other well-regarded moving companies in the area, but the service we received was completely professional from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process was polite and personable, and the movers themselves were simply the best.

Excellent overall, as always. Only complaint is that instead of hanging my ties in the closet box w/ my suits, they put them in a pile at the bottom of a box where the ties were crushed and creased. Ironing helps but hasn't worked 100%.

This was my first major move and I did not have a clue of what to expect, but Flatrate movers were very fast and efficient and very professional. They handled all of my possessions (right down to the very last binder clip) with care and I wish I could have given them a bigger tip. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Our overall experience was great except for the packing. The packers ran out of cartons and couldn't finish so the move took a little longer than we hoped because the guys had to pack. Also 3 expensive plates were broken.
