Excellent overall, as always. Only complaint is that instead of hanging my ties in the closet box w/ my suits, they put them in a pile at the bottom of a box where the ties were crushed and creased. Ironing helps but hasn't worked 100%.

The guys were great and very conscientious. Thanks. This is our second move with Flat Rate and we will use again in the future.

THE GUYS WERE EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAD SUFFICIENT MATERIAL WITH THEM, AND WHEN WE ASKED TO PULL THINGS OUT THAT HAD GOTTEN PACKED BY MISTAKE, THEY READILY OBLIGED.

The movers were professional and extremely nice! They made what is a typically stressfull experience, very pleasant.

This is our 4th move to and from Daughters apartments from NYC to Connecticut back!! The office and sales staff is equally as proficient as the people who move the furniture!

The consultant who came by to determine the rate was informative and professional and pleasant. The movers were efficient, professional and courteous. This was my first major move and I did not have a clue of what to expect, but Flatrate movers were very fast and efficient and very professional. They handled all of my possessions (right down to the very last binder clip) with care and I wish I could have given them a bigger tip. Our overall experience was great except for the packing. The packers ran out of cartons and couldn't finish so the move took a little longer than we hoped because the guys had to pack. Also 3 expensive plates were broken.

The salesperson was very polite and helpful. The movers were exactly on time and acted very professionally the entire day. They were very polite when asking us questions about the move and our property and they worked very efficiently. I will definitely use FlatRate again for my next move.

Excellent move experience, except for moving with an infant--hardly your fault!:)Danny and his crew were careful and courteous and fun to be around, even during a sweltering hot and challenging move day. First move I ever had where nothing was broken. They accommodated changes and unexpected issues very effectively and without complaint.

The whole experience was great. Before the move, FlatRate sent me boxes to use and stayed in touch. The move itself was everything you want it to be. My guys were quick, courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Would highly recommend!

Wow. The movers who packed and moved me today left me pretty much stress-free for what would normally be an incredibly stressful day. They were nice people, gentle with my stuff, and very courteous and communicative. I felt like we were a team. I just really appreciate all the hard work.
