Great experience from start to finish. Joseph, my sales rep, patiently checked in with me for many months while I waited for my new apartment to be ready, and was always polite and accommodating. The move-in team yesterday were great: personable, respectful of my stuff, and asked where I'd like every piece, down to the last box.

Move is not over yet....truck will not arrive at new home (Milwaukee) for about two weeks. So, only half of the move rated here, but it is great so far!

The movers were stellar and took time to let my three-year-old help wrapping his rocking horse and then made sure it was one of the first things off the truck in our new home to unpack.

This was our third move here in NYC with Flatrate but the first LD. Regarding the call prior to the move made by Izabela was very confusing. I suggest you ask the client to have the move screen open so both people are looking at the same details.Or send the same checklist document to the client. There is too much to read and hear over the phone - very frustrating for me...
