This was the best moving experience I had ever had. The movers were bright(always thinking of creative ways to move items efficiently and carefully), courteous, and organized. Very seamless.

The guys were great. In particular the lead (Gorgi - I am spelling his name wrong) was so very nice and helpful and the best mover I have had to date.

The men arrived early...at 8:30am...they were wonderful...they made a stressful day as good as it could have been...when they saw boxes that I had packed that needed more tape...they made sure that everything was secure...they were very careful and handled all my possessions like they were as special to them as they were to me!!!

On moving day, the movers came on time and worked efficiently throughout. We moved from the Poconos to the Hamptons and there is not a scratch on any of our items! They wrapped up everything tightly, including all big furniture. The guys were super nice. Recommend them any time :-)

FlatRate is fantastic. Having used other moving companies before, FlatRate is in a class on its own. They are the friendliest, most efficient movers ever. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I will be calling FlatRate.

The movers (Noel was the foreman) were efficient and accomodating. This was not an easy move and they made it effortless.

Alfredo and the other two gentlemen who moved us were professional, courteous, very careful with our furniture, and a pleasure to work with.

Except for a solid oak barrel that fell apart in transit and will be extremely hard to repair, everything was delivered in tact. My salesperson Kevin Volk and Foreman were both beyond excellent. Great service, I will be referring family and friends.

Moving is always stressful but I have to say that I was hugely impressed with the level of professionalism that every single individual handled our move. From the sales person on the phone to the packers, everyone did a phenomenal job. I have never had that experience with a moving company and it is nothing short of life-altering!

This is my third time using Flat Rate and I'm very satisfied. The salesperson assigned to my move, Ina Korac, was EXCELLENT. The three movers, especially team leader Nadji, were tireless, very kind, very fast and great.

My only issue is that one of the boxes was missing upon delivery which I did not notice until late last night. It was of small plants (cacti and others) which at this point, would not be alive anymore.The movers themselves were fantastic. They helped remove unwanted furniture after the move as well as all the garbage. They were great. My next move will be with FlatRate.

Both movers were gentlemen and professional. They seemed to be experienced and expert at their jobs.

The pricing I was originally quoted was more than 50% higher than other well-regarded moving companies in the area, but the service we received was completely professional from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process was polite and personable, and the movers themselves were simply the best.

The sales mgr, David Lloyd was very professional and helpful. The foreman and entire crew during the move were fabulous. Efficient, polite, helpful, accommodating and professional. I absolutely would use them again, and recommend them.
