I have moved several times and have never had such a good experience. The crew was quiet & quick. Everything was very well wrapped which was a big help because it was pouring out. I intend to use Flat Rate for my next move.

Extremely qualified crew. Arrived on time, was careful with my stuff because of the weather, went an extra mile to pick up bubble wrap to make sure that items were appropriately secured. Friendly and helpful from beginning till the end.

The men arrived early...at 8:30am...they were wonderful...they made a stressful day as good as it could have been...when they saw boxes that I had packed that needed more tape...they made sure that everything was secure...they were very careful and handled all my possessions like they were as special to them as they were to me!!!

On moving day, the movers came on time and worked efficiently throughout. We moved from the Poconos to the Hamptons and there is not a scratch on any of our items! They wrapped up everything tightly, including all big furniture. The guys were super nice. Recommend them any time :-)

The movers (Noel was the foreman) were efficient and accomodating. This was not an easy move and they made it effortless.

Except for a solid oak barrel that fell apart in transit and will be extremely hard to repair, everything was delivered in tact. My salesperson Kevin Volk and Foreman were both beyond excellent. Great service, I will be referring family and friends.

Moving is always stressful but I have to say that I was hugely impressed with the level of professionalism that every single individual handled our move. From the sales person on the phone to the packers, everyone did a phenomenal job. I have never had that experience with a moving company and it is nothing short of life-altering!
