Flat Rate did an amazing job coordinating my move out of my apartment which involved making 3 different stops to drop off furniture for friends, family and in storage. A very good experience, I had a call back and quote within an hour of my first inquiry. The booking agent was quick and accommodating to my multiple changes and adds before the move. On the day of the move, the two guys arrived early and did an enormous amount of work. The overall move price was very reasonable, even for my last minute extra boxes. Will definitely use them again!

Moving during COVID 19 was not easy but the movers were professional and moved with ease. Everything was well wrapped, and I received all my items. I also moved when my walls were freshly painted. The movers understood and took every precaution not to scrape or damage the walls. I highly recommend.

Due to Covid-19 we had to coordinate,from our home in Texas, moving out of a dorm to a storage facility in NYC. Representatives were prompt and responsive with our quote and paperwork and the crew kept me informed from the time they arrived to pack the dorm, when they were leaving for the storage facility, and when they had completed the job.

The workers who delivered our move were absolutely so efficient and courteous. They ensured everything was placed where we wanted it and wouldn’t let use move a thing.
