I’ve used FlatRate Moving for 2 interstate moves and I am excited to use them again in a week! I made a mistake and scheduled my move date a week later than I meant to, and the team was so quick to reply and update the date and resend the agreement. I’m so relieved! I’ll never use another moving company. Thank you!

The movers were so helpful and made my overwhelmed self feel comfortable. They essentially finished packing for me, beautifully took apart and put back together my furniture, and went above and beyond. The company was obliging when I needed help scheduling and preparing for the move. I have only good things to say.
The only mover I would use going forward. Used Flatrate for my last 4 moves in New York, I wouldn’t even shop around to compare prices. By far the best I tried. They always connect me to the person I worked with before and a pleasure to work with. They are attentive and thorough, highly recommend

Made NYC to NC easy. We moved from NYC to Charlotte NC. We were surprised how low the quote was from Flat Rate. Almost seemed too good to be true, but luckily it wasn’t! Both the crew that picked up in NYC and dropped off in NC were easy to work with, on time, and efficient.
This company is excellent, service is easy and nice people, team was very efficient. We moved on a snow day in NYC and they still made it on time, for sure recommend!
Awesome Job – movers actually cared about our stuff and took time to care for it and make sure nothing was broken. Phone support was great as well.
Amazingly professional movers. Took care and concern with all possessions, done in a timely manner, cleaned up as well.
I was hesitant trying a bigger company since they’re usually more expensive, but they are actually very reasonably priced and worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend.
