Starting from [the office] and then the movers, I was so happy and satisfied. I hadn’t moved in 35 years and [my representative] made me feel as if I was a friend and family member. The movers were very through. Nothing was broken or damaged. I will recommend Flatrate to anyone that asks me who moved me. I’m very very happy that I made the right choice in movers.

I can not recommend FlatRate enough. The entire process was seamless, and handled with the utmost attention, skill, and care. The team was compassionate, intelligent , and patient. The movers were so helpful and made my overwhelmed self feel comfortable. They essentially finished packing for me, beautifully took apart and put back together my furniture, and went above and beyond. The company was obliging when I needed help scheduling and preparing for the move. I have only good things to say.

I love FlatRate. I’ve used them several times. The back office operations is totally organized. Dispatch is available for conversations day of move and David was knowledgeable and calm during a frenzied event. The movers were careful with my stuff and everything was handled with care. No marks on walls.

Sales process was seamless, they charged fairly, they were responsive in getting the COI etc. over. Day of, they showed up on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and even went above and beyond doing a couple of things I forgot to show on the FaceTime tour with the sales guy. Quick estimate and contracting, very professional movers, picked up and delivered on schedule, good and timely communications/updates. Liked the find my truck feature. Gals on the phone very nice, engaging. Will prolly use again.

Made NYC to NC easy.  We moved from NYC to Charlotte NC. We were surprised how low the quote was from Flat Rate. Almost seemed too good to be true, but luckily it wasn’t! Both the crew that picked up in NYC and dropped off in NC were easy to work with, on time, and efficient.

This company is excellent, service is easy and nice people, team was very efficient. We moved on a snow day in NYC and they still made it on time, for sure recommend!

I was hesitant trying a bigger company since they’re usually more expensive, but they are actually very reasonably priced and worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend.

I have moved 10 times since 2008. Flat Rate — and esp. Daniel Leon and his crew — were the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. Flat Rate did an amazing job coordinating my move out of my apartment which involved making 3 different stops to drop off furniture for friends, family and in storage. They provided correct COIs for each building timely and corresponded directly with building management. The movers were so nice and so hardworking. I highly recommend using Flat Rate!!

I’ve used Flat Rate Moving twice at this point, and the second experience was even better than the first. They handled my stuff with the ultimate care and were on-time and moved quickly. I hope I don’t have to use them again for a while – but they’ve been consistently amazing through both of my moves.

A very good experience, I had a call back and quote within an hour of my first inquiry. The booking agent was quick and accommodating to my multiple changes and adds before the move. On the day of the move, the two guys arrived early and did an enormous amount of work. The overall move price was very reasonable, even for my last minute extra boxes. Will definitely use them again!
