My 2 drivers were professional and on point! It rained all day and they were gracious enough to wrap each box in a plastic wrap so I wouldnt have soggy boxes. They made my move stress free! I would recommend Flat rate movers to anyone and especially my 2 drivers (can't remember their full names). Thank you!

I would like to file some damages to a large picture frame that was moved for reimbursement under insurance. The item was on the list that the movers had, and unfortunately the delicate and large nature of the glass display mirror that sits inside the frame, it shattered during the move. The team that came to move my family were the best..very professional and personable. I was amazed at how quickly they secured my things and packed them into the truck. They were attentive to everything that they did. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 20!

The packers damaged an antique I owned but Jennifer Melia in Customer Service was a great help in getting this resolved to my satisfaction.

Initially, due to the forman's poor english, there were some communication issues. However, once the crew got going, everything ran smoothly and they were very thorough.
