The service representative (David) and the movers were great. Everything was made easy and convenient to set up and done in a timely manner. Carlos, who handled my move, was very detailed and patient. I was very nervous. Curtis, who was the team leader, was very courteous and detailed, too. A lamp cover on a light on the stairs was broken when some boxes shifted as they were being carried on the steps. I notified Carlos and haven't heard from the insurance people yer. When scheduling the move I told the sales rep that I needed a COI for the drop off building. One was not provided so it caused an hour hold up when we had to wait for it to be provided by your offices.
