Sales promptly reached out after RFPs, while other moving companies took longer to provide quotes. Had someone I could almost always reach with questions and everything with the move went smoothly. Movers came early due to a miscommunication (i told them 10, but 9am was written on their sheet). That's okay since it's flat rate and I wasn't running up the clock or anything!

There was some confusion as to what the second half of my move would cost from storage to my new apartment. I thought it was going to be a third of what it was. My salesperson did get me some discounts though, so that was very appreciated. The movers into the apartment were really great and did such a steller job. Thank you.
